Portrait Session Information

To book a session simply contact me via phone or email.  Once the session fee is paid, it locks in your date, time, and current pricing.  The session fee is non-refundable.  Should you need to cancel, it will be applied towards a future date.

Upon booking your session, I will send you a link to my "explain everything" information client page.  Here, you can review recommendations for what to wear and how to best prepare for your photoshoot.  In addition, we will have a pre-session discussion to review every last detail including your concepts and ideas, as well as options for displaying your new images in your home.

Portrait sessions last about 1-2 hours, either at your home, the Digital Edge Studio, or an outdoor location (travel fee may apply).  The location of choice should compliment and reflect your personality.  Newborn sessions are typically held in your home.  Children, family, and maternity sessions mesh well in outdoor natural settings - a beautiful park, a gorgeous field with tall grasses and wildflowers,  a fishing trip down by the creek, or a horseback ride around the barn.  For couples and HS Seniors, urban settings are very popular - train tracks, a stone castle, a walk downtown, a coffee shop, or a rustic shoot at sunset.  During your consultation we can discuss location options and select the perfect place for your session.

After the session, I will digitally process your images and send you an email with viewing instructions.  Each proofing gallery is password protected and will be available for 7 days, in which time you will decide on your order for processing.
